I don't. It means that one has to be extremely careful which "reply" button one presses or it gets all horribly messy. I think we can live without.

I suppose this non-nested way is easier because the most recent stuff will always be at the very bottom of the page.

But it's not as elegant.

Also, create new threads seems to work fine?
