Alternatively, there are RSS feeds.

http://wychwood.wikidot.com/feed/forum/threads.xml is the feed that tells you about new threads.
http://wychwood.wikidot.com/feed/forum/posts.xml is the feed that tells you about new posts (it's better, but has more stuff).
These feeds are syndicated on Livejournal, meaning that if you have a Livejournal you can add them to your Friends Page.
http://syndicated.livejournal.com/wwforumposts/ tells you about new posts.
http://syndicated.livejournal.com/wwforumthreads/ tells you about new threads.
This feed works fairly well, but Really Doesn't Like e-mail addresses and writes gibberish instead. But it gives you a link to the forum, so that's the important thing.
